The goal of Christian apologetics is to present a rational defense of the Christian Faith, with evidence from disciplines such as science, history, archaeology, and philosophy. Christian apologetics strives to prove that Christianity affirms what we can know about God from nature, identifies the terrible predicament of mankind lost in sin, offers a unique solution to the predicament, and is confirmed true by miracles and supernatural signs and wonders, the greatest of these being the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
